Our products are fresh baked on order especially for your customized needs. Hence, products once sold are not returnable, not exchangeable and non refundable.
If you have received an item other than what is ordered, in such an event we may provide a replacement / refund on case to case basis. However, the same needs to be informed to us at 9095677700 (Call or WhatsApp) within 60 minutes of delivery. After 60 minutes, we would not be able to accept any such cases. Please note, products on our website are baked / cooked / made / prepared exclusively for you after you order and are perishable.
